A: We recommend that customers call us at 636-240-7935 to ask about current wait times for inspections as there can be multiple customers waiting for the licensed inspector mechanics.
A: Please call 636-240-7935 to ask about wait times or make an appointment. Generally speaking, the best times to schedule an inspection are weekdays at 7:00am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm.
A: Please ask a service associate or see our current hourly labor rates posted in our lobby before signing to authorize work on your vehicle. The hourly labor rates are subject to changes/updates.
A: We currently accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
A: Please give us a call. We would be happy to discuss. We do require payment in full before vehicles can be picked up.
A: We provide factory warranty repairs only if they are initiated by OEM dealers.

A: Yes! We have experience in finding parts for older, unique vehicles and equipment.
A: Yes, you may. Please fill out our questionnaire envelope found in the top of the drop box located next to the front door, sign it, and insert your keys into the envelope. Drop your envelope into the night box and we will grab the keys the next business day.
A: Yes. Cardinal All-Hour is our house vendor providing fast, professional services that can be charged to your shop repair invoice. Please note customers must talk to the service manager about an appointment before we can determine if we can work on your vehicle. For customers who prefer to call their own tow into Cardinal Towing, their direct phone number is 636-949-3184.
A: The fenced portion of our parking lot is monitored by a state-of-the-art security system that includes full-wrap video surveillance and motion sensors.
YES! We specialize in aligning oversized vehicles.
We are able to fit some of largest vehicles on the road inside our shop for a variety of maintenance and/or repair work.
